I have NEVER seen anything like this...

 

OK - so we are fishing for about 30 minutes.  We are fishing a foot off the bottom with shad.  The water temp is 62 and the wind is choppy.  Rick gets a pull on the line and assumes it is a regular size catfish (1 or 2 pounds...).  The next thing we see is a Flathead Cat eating a 12" Blue Cat!!!

 

This Flathead weighed in at 14.7 pounds!

Within 30 more minutes we pulled in this Flathead -11.3 pounder!

The floor of the USS Sassy is full of cats - 25 weighted in at a 61 pounds.
